| Stage 1: Employers and Job seekers register online at www.msmetalentmela.com Stage 2: Employers provide the details of job indents. Candidates whose profiles match the employer’s requirements are sent hall entry tickets. Stage 3: Two categories of candidates walk into the venue - those who have already registered and those who have to register. Candidates who have registered are sent to the candidate assembly area after verifying their hall entry ticket. Candidates who have not registered are registered at the registration area. Those who match the employer requirements are issued hall entry tickets. The remaining can attend a counselling session or leave. Stage 4: From the candidate assembly area, candidates are sent for interviews with employers mentioned in their hall tickets.
