Graduating from an institute of higher education marks the beginning of the most productive years of your life. Therefore, there are many chances of your profile being overlooked!
2. Recruitment companies: Recruitment companies are the other conventional routes to prospective employers. Unfortunately, most of them are employer-friendly, rather than jobseeker-friendly. However, a good recruitment company will guide candidates - right from the task of building resumes to taking career decisions and preparing for job interviews.
