‘MSME Talent Mela’ was presented by the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) and the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC). The MSME Talent Mela was powered by JobsDialog, India’s first mobile-based recruitment solution. JobsDialog is a part of the 23-year old TMI Group which has set several benchmarks in recruitment. The MSME Talent Mela addressed several needs.
The MSME Talent Mela catered to MSMEs who wanted to meet ONLY those candidates who were qualified to work with them. Being a new-age recruitment solution, JobsDialog leveraged technology to transform the Job Fair experience. The shortlisting of candidates based on indents happened even before the MSME Talent Mela.
