	Designation: Project Manager Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Gender : Male only Experience: 5+years with PMP(2years exp in Onsite-Offshore delivery) Job location: Ekkaduthangal, Chennai Salary upto : 9lacks per Annum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science Shift: Day(9:30am to 7:30pm) Week off : Saturday and Sunday Permanent Position Job Role: Work with teams\other analyst, programmers and actuaries to deliver actuarial modelling and conversion services to our clients. Has the opportunity to develop cutting-edge analyses, strategies and solutions addressing the wide range of US Pension Plan issues faced by our clients. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully drive projects to completion,. Project teams typically include onshore, offshore, business and technical resources. Ensure adherence to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Will be reporting to Actuarial Manager. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or in related field. Minimum 5 Years of experience in software Project Management. Must have 2 years experience working/managing Offshore team in Onsite-Offshore delivery model. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.  Strong issue resolution and risk management skills.
