Performance Engineering:  J2EE Performance Consultant Must to have: • Excellent knowledge in Java / J2EE, one of web server (Apache Tomcat, IBM HTTP Server, Weblogic), one of the application server (WebSphere/Weblogic/JBoss), one of the database (Oracle/SQLServer/DB2) • Knowledge w.r.t. queuing models used, thread pools, request servicing process etc. • Knowledge of Web Services, SOA, AJAX – Javascript implementation • J2EE performance tuning, Knowledge of performance tuning on WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Websphere process server (WPS), Tuning JVM parameters, Performance test results analysis, Core Java, MQ, Message Broker • Thread dump, heap dump and GC Log generation & analysis • Tools: Proficiency in atleast one tool for Dynamic code profiling and Monitoring b. Good to have: • Experience in NFR gathering / validating • Knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Sterling Integrator, TIBCO • Experience in Performance Test Modeling • Experience in Capacity Planning (Architect & above) • Experiencing in reviewing architecture and identify potential architecture performance / scalability areas (Architect & above)	9-13 Yrs.	13192104	Prem	Hyderabad	Chennai
Performance Engineering:  Oracle Database expert a.Must to have: • Performance tuning knowledge on Oracle database management Good understanding of JOINS (merge / nested loop / hash) Ø Table / Database partitioning (to the databases which supports) Ø Knowledge on different wait events Ø Statistics Ø Data Reorg Ø Good understanding of OLAP Vs OLTP • Database Configuration Parameters tuning • Knowledge of failover / Clustering of databases and Replication techniques • Proficiency in OEM and Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) b.
